Four years after scrubbing out of Seattle Grace Hospital on Grey's Anatomy, Katherine Heigl returns to TV on NBC's State of Affairs on Monday, Nov. 17 in a decidedly different role.
Appearing as CIA analyst Charleston "Charlie" Tucker, Heigl's new character is far from the saccharine sweet Izzie Stevens fans grew to love on Grey's. In addition to her demanding day-to-day schedule as advisor to President Constance Peyton (Alfre Woodard), Tucker is on a never-ending quest to track down the terrorists responsible for murdering her fiance, who happens to also be the President's son.
