The release of the rapper's latest artistic endeavor coincided with the debut of his new 15th anniversary album, Shady XV. The clip begins with a boxer preparing to enter the ring, and cuts to a scene from six months earlier, when he was a dishwasher at a restaurant. It shows him struggling to pay bills at home while working arduously to support his pregnant wife and alcoholic dad.

The intense video shows the stresses of life catching up to the athlete, even resulting in the loss of his job at the restaurant. Broken and without a job, he returns home to his sleeping family and uses those early hours of the morning to train at the gym and channel his anger to fulfill his goals. Ultimately, this leads the boxer towards success and victory.

"Breathe Me" singer Sia is not physically featured in the video, although a stand-in actor sings the chorus of the single. Eminem, meanwhile, wears a hoodie in a dusty gym as he busts out with rapid-fire verses like: "What I really wanna say is if there's anyone else that can relate to my story / Bet you feel the same way I felt when I was in the same place you are."
