Can't catch a break. Jen Arnold has faced the worst of times, but in tonight's episode it is yet another emotional round in the Little Couple's household. In a sneak peek clip for "The Unexpected," the mom of two faces the emotional decision to leave India early due to health reasons just days after picking up daughter Zoey.
"We're going to take Zoey to her medical, but I'm not 100% sure I can go with you. I'm still not feeling well. I feel nauseated," Arnold, 39, tells husband Bill Klein in the clip. "Unfortunately since yesterday I've developed more abdominal pain and cramping."
Arnold, visibly exhausted, makes the difficult choice to stay at the couple's hotel mid-adoption while Klein, 38, takes Zoey to the doctor. Their adopted son from China, 3-year-old Will, waits back with his mom, as his reality parents reassure him that they will be returning to their home in the states soon. (It is unclear whether or not her symptoms stem from her cancer diagnosis.)

Arnold revealed to Us on Dec. 6 that she was battling cancer. "I have recently been diagnosed with a rare type of cancer and am currently undergoing treatment, including surgery and chemotherapy. I am very fortunate as the prognosis is very good," she told Us in a statement at the time.
Luckily, the TLC reality star has now gotten much better since her diagnosis. "Honestly, I'm feeling really good," she told TMZ cameras on Feb. 27. "I'm just so glad to be out and about again because I was on lockdown for about four months for chemotherapy and recovery."
