The polished oldest Cyrus daughter, 26, was working for Spin Media as a correspondent when photographers asked her to pose. Wearing a sleeved, leather, sequined minidress from Rachel Zoe Collection's fall 2013 line, the Nashville native paired her sparkly dress with strappy, zebra-printed Christian Louboutin sandal stilettos.
Unlike Miley, who chopped her sleek bob off and debuted a pixie cut transformation back in August of last year, Brandi left her blonde locks long and in loose waves, parted to the right side of her face, as she revealed a bold red lip color to complement her softer outfit. She also bared her ankle tattoo -- a budded cross with the word "Forgiven" marked across the lower half of the design.

(The Frank and Derol guitarist, who has played for Miley and Billy Ray Cyrus on tour in previous years, is the biological daughter of Tish Cyrus -- along with son Trace, 24, from a previous relationship. Billy Ray adopted the two when they were kids, shortly after he married Tish in 1993, and they share Miley, 21, Braison, 19, and Noah, 13. Billy Ray also has a son, Christopher Cody, 21, who was born the same year as Miley after their dad's brief relationship with a waitress.)
The fresh face later shared her interview with Miley on the red carpet (via Spin Media and her personal blog) in which the two chatted outside the theatre pre-show. "You're my only interview," the "Wrecking Ball" crooner said to her sister, while Brandi playfully chirped, "Homegirl, I am jealous of your jacket, it's fuh-reezing!"
Miley, wearing Saint Laurent heels and a white Versace suit ("Versace, Versace!"), actually explained in her interview how she was "mad" that videographers were filming Brandi from her waist up: "You can't see the shoes that I had you wear," the pop sensation pouted. "Louboutins -- limited edition!" Miley added on the shoes she had lent to her big sis. As the two girls playfully went back and forth, Brandi and Miley ended their exchange with a kiss and a "love you."

Meanwhile, Miley was later joined on the red carpet by her father Billy Ray, who gave his daughter a big hug before the cameras. Brandi was unable to join them during her corresponding gig, but the star wrote in a blog post: "I got to talk to a lot of amazing people tonight BUT I had the MOST fun chatting with my little sister!"
